Package Terms & Conditions
• To qualify for the complimentary overnight stay, a minimum purchase of $600 CAD (before taxes and gratuities) in a single transaction is required, and form must be filled out at checkout, cannot be combined transactions at a later date or time.
• Exception: Guests purchasing tickets to the 4 Elements Fine Dining Experience are eligible regardless of the $600 minimum purchase requirement.
• Guests attending the 4 Elements Fine Dining Experience must indicate at checkout they have already purchased the tickets for 4 Elements.
• Once your purchase has been received, a member of our team will contact you to arrange your complimentary stay on the night of your event.
• The offer includes one (1) complimentary Standard Guest Room.
• All room reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking and are not guaranteed until confirmed by the hotel.
• The complimentary room is valid only for an event night associated with the qualifying purchase and cannot be transferred to another date.
• The complimentary room has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for credit or combined with any other promotion or offer.
• If the qualifying event reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of the event, or if the guest does not attend the event, the complimentary room offer will be forfeited and will not be reissued or rescheduled.
• Any incidental charges, including parking, room service, restaurant purchases, telephone charges, and other hotel services, are the responsibility of the guest.
