Our Executive Sous Chef has put together a mouth watering 4 course dinner. Each course will feature our 3 Vendors wine pairings.

Wine Pairings
With each course, guests will receive 3 2oz pours of wine from each of 3 vendors. Each of the 3 vendors will give a brief explanation on their pairing choice and try to win over your vote for best wine pairing!

Vote!
Guests will vote on the best wine PAIRING for EACH course giving that vendor bragging rights on their pairing choice. The vendor with the most votes over the entire evening will earn a covetted spot in our final battle.

What time does it start?
6:00 pm sharp. Come early and enjoy a glass of your favorite cocktail or champagne at HALO Bar - seating begins at 5:30 pm and Ryan and Marcie kick off the night at 6:00pm. We usually are finished around 10 pm where you can enjoy more beverages, or food at the Bar.
Can I sit with my Favorite People?
Absolutely! If you have a group of you who purchased tickets separately - email Ken at Xu.Yin@Marriott.com with the names of all parties that would like to sit together.

Meal substitutions cannot be accommodated, as the event is carefully curated around specific wine and menu pairings.
Can I buy a bottle that night?
You sure can! If you try something you like and want to buy a bottle we offer discounted pricing the night of so that you can take your favorite wine home that night.
